Nicola has worked in commercial property and social housing for more than 25 years. Her specialist areas include shared ownership, plot sales, shared ownership staircasing, right to buy and right to acquire, help to buy, leasehold surrender and regrants, repossession sales, buy-backs, enfranchisement, and conveyancing transactions in general. Nicola has also worked on title investigation for various housing developers in relation to their part exchange scheme and has dealt with a high number of disposals and acquisitions with client satisfaction being the top priority. She believes that, by building strong relationships with clients, she acquires a better understanding of the type of service that each client needs. Nicola also actively participates in community projects or helps with raising funds for charitable activities and believes this is a crucial part of working in the social housing sector.
