I'm happy that my flat was sold without issue, Danelle was able to work with myself and the buyer's solicitors to make sure everything went without a hitch, I would recommend her as a solicitors for others selling their property. My only suggestion for improvement would be to improve communication, I sometimes felt that I did not have all the information required, I would go weeks expecting to hear back about enquiries only to find out later that the enquiries had been resolved but I had not been informed. I did not find out I was in a chain, and that's why things had progressed slower than expected, until the week before completion.
