Sale Property Lawyer

Bart is a sale property lawyer in our conveyancing department. Before joining PM, he worked in remortgage conveyancing since 2018. He first started as a customer service advisor, then moved to a legal assistant in 2019, before becoming a technical advisor in 2022. Bart is also starting his Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice in February 2025. His role as a sale property lawyer involves dealing with a caseload of sale matters from instruction to completion. He deals with title issues, drafting documents and managing the financial side of the transaction. He also assists clients by making the process as simple as possible for them and providing a helping hand at each step of the transaction.
