A positive outcome
I was in a tricky position in which right was totally on my side, but one clause in the terms and conditions of the contract, controversially not obvious, prevented me from getting the compensation I was entitled by the ethics of the situation. Longmores accepted the challenge and got me a much reduced compensation but what I take as an acknowledgement from the other party that I had a claim.
I found the partner and the person dealing with my case to be clear and straightforward as to the precarious nature of my situation but also strong and determined in their approach which resulted in a positive outcome.
I am very grateful to them.
