Straight forward experience but with hidden extras
I used this company for a remortgage as they were on the Building Society's approved list. The price was quoted on line and a follow up phone call was made to ensure that there would be no requirement for me to visit the office as that wouldn't have been possible as I live in another part of the country. As soon as I went ahead with this firm it was quickly established that there was an extra fee involved as a result of having to verify my details remotely. I feel this was a fee that should have been declared at the outset, especially given that I phoned to tell them that I couldn't visit the office. Instead it was kept as an unwelcome surprise. Otherwise the process was hassle free.

Not good enough
I was given an incorrect invoice twice, given the wrong information twice and overall was dissatisfied. Then I was charged more than originally thought.
