Will writing
Ruth explained the process clearly and all the different areas and requirements were explored in a clear and precise manner.
Not the cheapest but not too expensive either. Having experienced the "cheaper" option and now having to redo our wills, its money well spent.

Power of Attorney

Wills & Probate
I found that Ruth & Ruben were both highly professional in drawing up wills offering sound advice and guidance
They also did probate, again to a high standard at a difficult time for myself and family
and l cannot recommend them highly enough

Will making and storage
Ruth has been helpful, but, also, asked questions that I didn't know I should pose. This used to be common many years ago when I was young, but, latterly, I've realised that most professional people are reactive rather than proactive, and since their clients are usually coming from a place of comparative ignorance, this is a very important quality. Additionally, she did what I wanted efficiently and well.

Ruth at Isla Law
We contacted Ruth at Isa Law to help us with probate of an Estate.
And from the outset, Ruth was helpful, and took time to explain the intricacies of the probate process, along with being patient with my father who is elderly. Ruth Supported us through the process, as well as submitting all the relevant documents to the court for processing.
The costs and details of the process, were clearly laid out before we started, so we knew how much we had to spend.
Due to Ruth’s diligence, the probate came through quickly. The only trouble we had was with the online service that the company uses for communications and billing, which for some reason wouldn’t work on my iphone but apparently works really well on the computer, but Ruth sent the documents through email when this didn’t work.
