I never leave a good review! But this solicitors deserve one. I have used them several times for services such as house purchases and will writing and I will never use anyone else. Friends, affordable, on the ball and fast. Jacqueline did my last house purchase and she was so fast and friendly, chasing me!

Highly efficient
Hearing stories about how long it normally takes to buy a house these days due to delays post offer acceptance, I’ve been highly impressed by John M Lewis for how quickly they managed to progress my purchase and for how communicative they’ve been a long the way. Way to go Team Byrd! 🙌👏

Selling and moving house
Overall it went reasonably smoothly . Jaquie kept me up to date on a regular basis and was very thoughtful when dealing with my doubts and queries.

Very helpful with quick response time

Finally found a great solicitor!
Working with Jacqueline was a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experiences of conveyancing solicitors. She was technically competent, structure in her approach, proactive with addressing any arising issues and had great communication skills. What more could you ask for!

Very Smooth Process.
Friends and Family had told me that solicitors always dragged their heels and I would have to constantly push them to get stuff back.
I chose John M Lewis because they were cheaper than the competitors so I was expecting them to be quite slow but I was very wrong!
I literally had no problems with the Jacqueline Byrd Team. Every email was answered extremely promptly and they kept me informed on all progress.
There wasn’t a chain either side of the purchase and we were in the house super quick. No delays from the solicitors at all.
Can’t recommend them enough!

Very communicative and helpful
First Rebekah, then Jackie were absolute angels during probably the longest, most stressful move we’ve undertaken. They were always there to talk things through, making the whole process so much easier to go through. I would highly recommend John M Lewis to everyone who is buying and selling a property
