Helping us buy our first home
Jackie was brilliant throughout the experience of buying our first home, our process came through a lot of bumps but not from our side, Jackie communicated all the time to us and to our mortgage advisor. She dealt with all the hiccups for us through our sellers solicitors, would honestly recommend again and again! She was fantastic, our transaction was so easy. We all struggled in regards to the sellers solicitors as they didn’t communicate to her often but she still managed to chase them and get us processed. Really could not of done it without her! Thank you so much for it all.

JM Lewis - excellent conveyancing experience
I was referred to JM Lewis by Scoffield Stone as I had to complete a complicated house purchase and Land Registry assignment after a sudden bereavement. We had enormous time pressures and tight deadlines to work to which JM Lewis assured us they would aspire to meet. JM Lewis were extremely responsive and led us through the process carefully and collaboratively to hit these timelines. I couldn’t be more impressed with their attention to detail and the navigate this complex process whilst keeping us informed at each stage. I would not hesitate in recommending their services.

Calm, objective and professional
I would highly recommend Jacqueline and 'Team Byrd' at John M Lewis. I was always treated with patience and respect, and never felt patronised. I was made to feel welcome at the office, despite sometimes arriving unannounced and I genuinely felt as if Jacqueline and her team were acting in my best interest, rather than 'another customer' or profit for the business. I was always kept informed of each stage of the sale and provided with sound and objective advice throughout. Thank you, 'Team Byrd,' for making the process as smooth as possible.

Amazing soliciors
I’ve used John M Lewis for a number of years and always highly recommend them to anyone I can. Jacqueline in particular is incredible and a pleasure to work with - she is always quick to respond, efficient, approachable and professional. Her support and dedication is second to none and very much appreciated. I would not use anyone else. A huge thank you to Jacquline and her team for always going above and beyond and providing an excellent service - would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Stress free
We were recommended to use John M Lewis and we were not disappointed. From the start of the process to the completion we were kept in the loop with any updates. Jacqueline was never to busy to accept a call and ease any worries we had. Consummate professional throughout we would definitely recommend John M Lewis but more importantly Jacqueline

Highly efficient
Hearing stories about how long it normally takes to buy a house these days due to delays post offer acceptance, I’ve been highly impressed by John M Lewis for how quickly they managed to progress my purchase and for how communicative they’ve been a long the way. Way to go Team Byrd! 🙌👏
