Conveyance, excellent experience
Overall process with dealing with Michael Cook law firm has been excellent, there were delays but not from our side and I was kept up to date the whole way through, very smooth process.

Selling our house
Seemed to take forever but it wasn’t this lawyers fault. Our buyers solicitor seemed to be trying to delay the sale for whatever reason. Mr Cook was patient even though I was pushing to complete as we had already moved.

I found the team at michael cook law firm very friendly & helpful ,I struggled at times with the online forms and they kindly gave me hard copy that suited me better. They were always happy to see me with and questions I had and with things I didn’t understand . I was very happy with the service
