Very satisfied clients
This was our first time using Sills& Betteridge, the whole experience was excellent. From our first contact with reception at Lincoln through to the completion of conveyancing, everyone was friendly and efficient. The communication from Diane and Allison was prompt and we were informed continuously of progress. Very impressed and satisfied with the service we received, definitely our first choice in the future.

very professional
sills and betteridge are a very friendly but professional at the same time.
Nothing is too much trouble for them.
They are very caring and respectful i will definitely use them again in the future for both selling a house and doing a will .

Sale of house
I have never sold a house before and to make it even more difficult it was my late Father’s house. Allison and Diane were so helpful and efficient. Made everything easy and straightforward to deal with. Would highly recommend.

House move
Diane Coultas & Alison Cargill were both amazing and on the ball all the time , answering all calls and emails even before 9am sometimes .
it took a long time due to our buyer using on line solicitor and not local which was not good , (allways use local ) so i got to speak with them on a few occasions and also the reception team were great passing messages on.
a great team well done

Conveyancing
I can't recommend sills & Betteridge enough, from my first enquiry regarding a quote to the end phone call informing me on completion the customer service and prompt service had been 10/10 throughout. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends and will be the first person I call should I need any legal advice in the future
