I can't recommend sills & Betteridge enough, from my first enquiry regarding a quote to the end phone call informing me on completion the customer service and prompt service had been 10/10 throughout. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends and will be the first person I call should I need any legal advice in the future

With a calm and collected approach Diane really did take the stress out of my recent house purchase.

Outstanding support from start to finish

I do not have a negative thing to say regarding Sills and Betteridge. I used their services in purchasing my first home, and both Emma Tomlinson and Diane Coultas acted in the most professional and supportive manner they could. Communication was always quick and clear, directing me to various information and guidance as and when needed. I was always able to receive a quick turnaround on any query I sent their way. The overall cost was very reasonable and competitive across the market, and overall I couldn’t be happier with the smoothness of the process. Would not hesitate to use again.

Our conveyancing needs were met speedily and with minimum intervention by ourselves.
We had a great many documents to review and would have appreciated a little more guidance through them sometimes, this was the only downside from our point of view.
