Excellent service
I was recently recommended by a friend to use Quay Legal for an enhanced redundancy settlement. Upon telephoning, I explained the reason for my call, and I was referred straight away to Helga. Due to the time of year and my employer wanting to finalise my payment for the December payroll, time was of the essence. I found Helga very straightforward, pleasant to deal with, and easy to understand and she took care to ensure that I fully understood everything. Absolutely first class service all round and I would not hesitate to recommend Quay Legal to others.

Assistance with Redundancy
I found Quay Legal to be very helpful in our initial phone call, and then again later. They were detail oriented and were able to explain legal concepts to me well. I would use them again in a similar situation.

Excellent service, with a human touch
I would highly recommend Quay Legal. They were very responsive, throughout my experience communication was excellent, both over the phone and via email. They provided sound advice in a way that was easy for me to digest. They were very transparent about pricing and worked hard to ensure I got value for money. Voluntary Settlement agreement
Helga was very helpful in explaining the settlement and some of the wider issues that were involved with the clauses my employer had put in. It did mean that there was a lot of back and forth between me, my solicitor and my former employer.
As a result I had to negotiate a few things myself in order to keep the costs down and we didn't get everything changed as we wanted to but it's worked out ok.
