Assistance with Redundancy

Supportive Solicitor
Delighted with the advice, service and support I received fro the solicitor (H). Very professional, very polite and understanding of my situation.

Excellent service, with a human touch
I would highly recommend Quay Legal. They were very responsive, throughout my experience communication was excellent, both over the phone and via email. They provided sound advice in a way that was easy for me to digest. They were very transparent about pricing and worked hard to ensure I got value for money. I was very satisfied with the outcome, I was able to settle with my employer rather than take matters further.

Voluntary Settlement agreement
Helga was very helpful in explaining the settlement and some of the wider issues that were involved with the clauses my employer had put in. It did mean that there was a lot of back and forth between me, my solicitor and my former employer.
As a result I had to negotiate a few things myself in order to keep the costs down and we didn't get everything changed as we wanted to but it's worked out ok.

Great legal advice, clearly put and very helpful
I contacted the team as I was in need of some relatively short notice on some revisions to my terms and conditions of employment. The team took the time to understand what it was that I was after and then provided exactly the advice and legal support that I needed. They explained the process and costs very clearly and even responded at very short notice when I needed to speed up my timelines. ACAS settlement agreement
I felt Helga took a really pragmatic approach to understand my situation in enough detail to offer practical advice. She advised on how to take on subsequent steps myself to miminise legal costs. I had already put in a lot of work myself, but I felt reassured by her and her advice. She came across very honest and genuine, and was realistic about the emotional effect of going to tribunal. I took her advice on what and how to negotiate during early concilliation, and ended up with a swift settlement agreement. She was quick to review and ammend the agreement for multiple versions. Very happy with the outcome.

Very Grateful and Content With My Outcome
My experience with Helga Fox Jones was really helpful. I was able to receive timely responses and very thorough advice.
