The Long Road
I chose to appoint Eric Robinson Solicitors to help with the sale of my flat in March 2023. What was supposed to be a nice quick and easy sale turned into a massive headache with multiple issues arising over the future months. However, this was not due to Eric Robinson... Hannah and Carly were both fantastic during the entirety of the sale and answered my many emails asking for updates and regularly updating me regardless. There were many frustrations along the way for everyone i am sure, but I was always kept in the loop and after nearly a year and a half we exchanged and completed on the same day. They were prompt to ask for information required for the sale of my property and I did my best to respond with the necessary details in good time to ensure I was not holding the sale up. 10/10 i would recommend them to anyone.

We had an outstanding experience buying and selling our properties with Hannah and Carly.
The service was very professional and efficient, always happy to help with any enquiries.

Faultless service
Eric Robinson have been truly faultless start to finish in my recent property purchase. I was lucky enough to have both Hannah and Carly whom did their upmost to achieve results in my short timeframe. Communication was clear and precise and I never felt a burden to ask questions. Responses were quick and always acted with my best interests in hand. Haven't a bad word to say about the team. Would highly recommend for a seamless and please transaction.

Purchasing first house.
My brother and I have just recently purchased our first home together and the staff that we dealt with were fantastic. We had the pleasure of being looked after by Carly Dawson and Hannah Jones. At no point in time were we left in the dark about anything at all. The whole process was made easy and stress free for ourselves. Furthermore, any questions we had were answered in a timely and professional manner, especially considering my brother and I had difficulty understanding some of the terminology related to the purchase of a house. I would recommend Eric Robinson Solicitors and the staff within to anyone who requires conveyancing solicitors.
