I approached Churchers solicitors from a recommendation to take care of my conveyancing on my new purchase, I very helpful and pleasant lady called Rachael was allocated to look after me and that she did. At any time I needed information or requested documents she was prompt and kept me informed throughout the process which most people hate. She made everything feel smooth and easy.
What’s also helped was Churchers have other branches so I did not have to travel to a specific branch to sign papers etc. documents would then be sent to the correct branch via next day delivery.
I would highly recommend for conveyancing from my experience and would certainly use again.

Friendly and helpful
Rachael dealt with the sale of our deceased parents’ house with sensitivity, still providing a prompt and efficient service. We were very happy when the sale went through so quickly.

First-time buyer house purchase
Rachael was always extremely helpful and responded quickly and efficiently to any emails and queries we had. At the end of the process Rachael was constantly on the case with the sellers solicitors and informed me of any progress that had been made. Rachael is also a really lovely person and would recommend Rachael and Churchers Solicitors to anyone looking to buy a house.

Legal matters related to a deceased family member
2 legal matters needed to be dealt with after a deceased family member. So via the will Churchers were able to gain the necessary documents through the legal system so that they family members stated in the will were able to have piece of mind moving forward in life that everything was in place legally.

House Sale
Rachael facilitated the sale of our parents house following probate and there was not a single issue. We used Rachael before when we moved house ourselves which means they have been perfect for us on two occasions now.

First Registration of property with the Land Registry
Rachael was always very helpful and responded quickly to my queries. I'm afraid that I expected it all to go through in a couple of months. Being a retired civil servant I should have realised that no government department worked that swiftly! Rachael explained that it could possibly take over 18 months, which it did. I did email her a few times and each time she checked on the progress and got back to me to put my mind at rest. She did a good job and finally my house is registered. Thank you.

Superb
Extremely pleased with the service provided. Always felt informed, engaged and important.
We had been let down by a estate agent recommended online conveyancer 8 weeks after having an offer accepted and needed to find a solicitor who could get us caught up to the same position as others in the chain. We actually overtook everyone being in a position to exchange in record time!
Online Solicitors may well be cheaper but you get what you pay for. Rachael at Churchers was worth every penny.
