No communication and very slow
No progress has been made on my re-mortgaging for weeks. I had been told that MSB were waiting on responses from the ground rent and building management companies and subsequently found out they had not been contacted at all at that stage. I've asked multiple times for an explanation about what is holding up the process and been told via intermittent emails that they are still waiting on responses. I have requested contact details more than once so I can chase up the round rent and building management companies myself but this request has been ignored.
This whole process has still not been completed, more than two months on, and I have provided everything required immediately. It has cost me a huge amount in higher interest costs.

Sale and purchase
Helen and the team were fantastic from start to finish. My sale moved slowly due to the buyers and their Solicitors however, when it came to my purchase Helen and the team managed to get it through in a matter of weeks, they always spoke to me and got back to me about any queries I had. I can't fault anything and would definately recommend them. Thank you for all your hard work.

Property purchase
