I cannot fault Scott and Rebecca for their continued support throughout a domestic abuse child custody and arrangements case , they were reassuring, understanding, extremely patient in dealing with me. They were straight to the point honest with me from day one. It was the 2nd stressful time in my life and they were there every step of the way . The barrister representing me in court for the final hearing was absolutely amazing calming reassuring and explained everything to Me. I would like to thank them for their hard work and calming nature and I would use them again in a heartbeat if needed. Thank you .

Absolutely fantastic
Couldn't recommend Scott enough. Through out My whole experience, Scott made me feel comfortable and most importantly I felt listened to. Couldn't thank Scott enough for all his effort and hard work and great legal knowledge.

Quite simply excellent!

Through the process we encountered numerous issues and obstacles which were promptly rectified.

I am at present a client of Scott Emsden. He also represented me 5 years ago, when I applied for court to gain access and parental responsibility of my daughter. I unfortunately had to apply to court again in hope to obtain my time with my daughter. In both court case I was awarded exactly what I had hoped for and this was down to Scott Emsden’s help. He is extremely knowledgeable about the family court process, he is approachable and overall an excellent solicitor. Which is why I used him again, when going back to court for the second time. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Compassionate, empathetic and professional
I cannot recommend Scott Emsden highly enough after he represented me for two years during a long, sometimes harrowing family matter. From our initial conversation, in which he fully prepared me for what might lie ahead, until the final hearing, he was clear, realistic and caring. I was aware things would be hard, but Scott's expertise and compassion saw me through on many an occasion. He truly had the best interests of me and my son at heart and we are both forever grateful for the eventual (successful) resolution. In such an emotional situation I valued his honesty and integrity, his knowledge and his empathy. Scott and his team were outstanding.
