I chose Bright Solicitors as it was a local conveyancing solicitors to me and my property in Plymouth. They have amazing online reviews. I particularly like the fact that I can actually walk into their office or phone them up and talk about how my property sale was going.
I have had very bad experiences using online conveyancing companies in the past so it was refreshing to call or email my solicitor (Karen or Alex) and they would respond very quickly indeed. This is what puts Bright solicitors way above the rest. You are dealing with an actual human single point of contact who is readily available from the beginning of your sale to the completion.
Karen and Alex of Bright's solicitors handled the sale of my flat.
Its started off as a pretty normal transaction, but the buyers online solicitors (gilson grey) turned the simple one flat chain into total chaos.
They were so bad I nearly lost the sale due to their total incompetence.
It was completely down to Karen and Alex's determination, tenacity and deep professional knowledge, that we exchanged and completed on my flat.
Karen and Alex were amazing at keeping the sale on track. They went above and beyond what was required of them. They even at times assisted the buyers solicitor (gilson grey) to do their own job.
Karen and Alex are extremely pro-active conveyancing professionals and I can thoroughly recommend them to get your sale done. They are both a credit to Bright solicitors. I would not hesitate to use Bright's Solicitors and specifically, Karen and Alex again. Thank you!!

Sale of 5 Boringdon Park Woodlands Ivybridge
Whilst the sale of this property took longer than anticipated, including a last minute withdrawal by one purchaser. Karen Andrews kept us updated on matters and was helpful in resolving a couple of disputed matters. Karen’s confidence that our (2nd) sale would eventually complete was encouraging and gave us confidence.

House Sale - Great Service
Just want to pass along my personal thanks for your help in getting our parents' house sold. You all made it very easy and kept us up to date which I really appreciated considering the time difference with the USA.

Very professional friendly service
Julie, Karen and Alexandra were brilliant throughout the sale of the property. They could not have been more helpful, friendly and efficient! Always professional with prompt answers to any questions we had and keeping us updated at all times. Bright's team are very accessible when we needed to contact them. Not only were we able to drop off documents face to face in their offices but they are readily available by telephone and email which we found excellent. Definitely would recommend.
