As well as running the department. My clients include international, national, regional and local emerging manufacturing and service sector businesses as well as charities and non-profit organisations. My clients require me to advise them on all aspects of the operation of their business and I frequently deal with various intellectual property and software agreements, draft and advise on cross-jurisdiction commercial contracts as well as international agency and distribution agreements.
