Zoe is a Conveyancing Executive in the New Build department, having joined Thackray Williams in March 2019. Specialising in acting for purchasers of new build properties, the majority of Zoe’s clients are first time buyers using Help to Buy. She particularly enjoys guiding first time buyers through the conveyancing process and believes communication and providing excellent client service are the most important aspects of her role. Being conscientious and thorough, Zoe always endeavours to ensure her clients receive the best possible service with the highest level of customer care. She prides herself in providing such a service and gets a great sense of achievement out of doing the best job she possibly can for each and every client. Zoe loves being part of a strong team that works really well together. At Thackray Williams the team supports each other and always get the job done.

Moving Home

We had a very good experience with Thackray Williams. The service was exceptional and they were always available via phone or email whenever we needed them and kept us updated which took away a lot of stress when moving. We were on a very tight deadline and they managed to arrange everything for us quickly. We would recommend Thackray Williams.

House sale and purchase

I would like to say a big thank you to both Zoe and Lucy for the first class service they provided throughout our buying and selling process.
The sale in particular was by no means an easy transaction due to the ongoing difficulties experienced with our buyers solicitor. Despite this we always felt confident that everything from our side was being dealt with professionally and Zoe and Lucy kept us updated and informed at all times. All in all they provided an excellent, friendly and courteous customer service hence our 5 star review.

My wife and I have had an amazing experience with Thackeray Williams from start to finish. Zoe and Kimberley have been unbelievably efficient and have made the whole process of buying a house for the first time painless. We were so anxious about it all but Thackray sorted everything for us and any questions we had were answered very promptly, I would recommend this solicitor to anyone purchasing a property whether nee build or not and will be using them going forward if everything needed! Thackray Williams have been a massive help with our purchase of our property. As first time buyers the process can be a bit daunting but with the help of Zoe, Kimberley and Lauren they made the process a breeze!

Thackray Williams provided an exceptional service from reservation to completion. Being first buyers, we were relatively inexperienced with the whole process of buying a property, however, our apprehension was nullified based on the advice we received from the team. I would like to point attention to Kimberley who was diligent and patient with us throughout. She answered all emails and calls promptly with reassurance. Zoe and Lauren also assisted in making our house purchase a smooth process. Highly recommend for first time buyers.

Thackeray Williams is most definitely superb. Throughout the pandemic they definitely kept our anxiety levels low by being informative and quite hands on as we purchased a house - Plot 120 😊. We are most appreciative of Kimberley and Zoe who remained constant and consistent. Thank you both ever so much. Would definitely recommend.
