Katy was amazing with our recent house purchase, as first time buyers we were really unsure of the process. Katy was informative, and really kind when we asked lots of questions and needed a little reassurance! She made the process as easy as buying a house could be, and would highly recommend!

Very happy first time home owner
I was very happy with the services provided by Katy and Dawn at Burnett Barker Solicitors. This was my first property purchase and having recently re-located from South Africa, the laws and procedures were very different. However, there was frequent communication and all my questions were addressed very quickly. I can confidently say my interests were protected and the services were excellent.

Katy came recommended by Rania Clarke and both were wonderful! Katy was very patient, especially as I find the legal process confusing and anxiety ridden. Top class service
Having used Katy before I was delighted she could act for me again with the sale of property. Katy is very approachable and friendly but totally professional and helpful when clarification is needed. Everyone at Burnett Barker is efficient and friendly. Altogether a pleasant experience!

I recommend Katy Raven
We have previously used Burnett Barker Solicitors for previous property sales and purchases and dealt with the excellent Rania Clarke. On this most recent transaction I opted to instruct Katy Raven, who was then fairly newly appointed as a full conveyancing solicitor, (having previously been a paralegal to Rania). Katy was highly effective, kind, very diligent and calm under pressure. A read credit to the firm!

Approachable and professional
From start to finish all steps involved with my house sale and purchase were handled well. Always open to further enquiries and even handled my details whilst abroad and stuck in deep locks on the River Duoro in Portugal!

Excellent service from Katy
We have recently completed a house sale and purchase with the assistance of Katy Raven. She guided us through the process which turned out to have a few bumps in it and kept us up to date throughout. Her advice was always sensible and she was always on the end of the phone when any issues arose. Her assistant Dawn was also brilliant. Overall we cannot recommend Katy and Burnett Barker highly enough.
