Henry has experience in dealing with all aspects of Residential Property and currently heads up the New Homes team and deals mainly with purchasing newly-built plots from developers across a number of sites in the region. Henry has two young children but when he’s not spending time with the family he enjoys playing sports and riding motorcycles.

House purchase

Little late leaving a review, completed on my house purchase towards the end of 2022. Could not speak highly enough for the service I received from Lauren Arkwell. Prompt in responding to my queries, friendly and efficient and made my purchase stress free! I had a bad experience with solicitors in selling my previous property but Bright LLP restored my faith. So much so, I’ve just recommended the firm to my brother in dealing with our late father’s house sale. Wouldn’t trust any other firm to deal with such a matter. Thank you Henry and Lauren.

Moving home can be a stressful time, but felt in safe hands with Freddie and Henry.
Freddie was always available to talk and give updates along the process which is reassuring!

I have now instructed Brights twice for house moves. You will always hear that it is the solicitors holding the process up, but in my case I got nothing short of outstanding service. Henry and in particular Lauren, were efficient, clear and most importantly incredibly approachable. Answering all my queries and worries quickly and supporting my understanding of the process. We have just used Bright Solicitors to sell our first home. It was a complicated and stressful experience but Lauren and Henry really helped us understand the hurdles we had to overcome. Lauren in particular put up with all our phone calls and really helped manage our nerves!

After our own solicitor let us down we were recommended Brights through Bovis homes and I must say they have been exceptional!

We dealt with Henry Lowson who was a joy but a special mention must go out to Lauren Arkwell who did her job to perfection and went above and beyond to help us complete the purchase of our new home in Dorset. You have changed our lives for the better and for that Myself, Shelly Millie and 6 week old Maya will be forever grateful
