Simply the best, better than all the rest

Louise took over our case after our previous solicitor disappeared right before paying for our first ever home. Louise kept us posted throughout the whole process, was there to support us during these very stressful and disheartening few weeks.

We can only recommend her, she’s efficient and compassionate. We are extremely grateful for all her help, she’s an absolute lifesaver!

2 sales, 1 purchase - Expertly handled

As title suggests, needed to sell a couple of properties, to allow the purchase of a new house. Donna was my first contact from Watermans. She and Tzana plus the rest of the sales team were always available by phone, email or social media to keep me updated and answer any questions.

The legal part of the sale and purchase was dealt with the same efficiency by Louise and the legal team.

Now happily settled in new house. A big thanks to all at Watermans for their assistance throughout the process.

It was my first purchase in the UK and I thought it would be a daunting experience. But with Louise and Rebecca's help, everything seem so smooth and easy. Great communication and they are always patient in answering my questions. Highly recommend!

I sold my flat with Watermans Legal last month and their service was absolutely outstanding. If you are unsure who to sell your flat with and are worried about what lays ahead, fear not. I know it can be quite a daunting situation but I can confidently say, I’ve never had such a positive experience as a customer.

Jacquie initially came round to give me a quote and speak me through the process - this was the first time I have sold a property - and I was truly touched by her passion, enthusiasm and confidence. I instantly knew I was in good hands and it was clear that she cares about your experience as a customer and not just the end result of money.

Louise was also fantastic with helping me understand the next steps when it came to concluding missives. She was always so kind and happy to answer my many questions - a really wonderful service. Thank you so much!
