Bakshi has over 30 years of conveyancing experience having worked for a local firm in East London before joining Gepp Solicitors in 2005. Bakshi became Head of Residential Conveyancing in 2014 and a Partner in April 2017. Bakshi covers all aspects of conveyancing transactions, specialising in prime residential sales and purchases but also including right to buy, shared ownership, transfer of equity/re-mortgages and new build transactions.

Fromthe point of putting our property on the market to the point of Completion Gepps were outstanding in their communication and honesty with their fees. No hidden extras and they also kept us informed of every step of the process which was extremely smooth. Great service! Just bought a house and was assigned Bakshi and her team, couldn't be more happier. Very proffesional, everything is done on time. Had to chase the other side solicitors all the time and they seemed so unprofessional. Bakshi and her team always stood their ground to get what's right for me. Great communication! I cannot thank Bakshi and her team enough for their solid expertise, help and support to drive through a successful completion for my very recent house purchase! Excellent and prompt communications, clear and responsive explanations and generally an incredible service from beginning to end. I first used Bakshi a couple of years ago to sell my house which was super smooth and whilst this house purchase had a few obstacles, I felt in a highly expert and capable pair of hands. I couldn’t recommend Gepp enough. We used Bakshi and her team 8 years ago on our first house move and was efficient and professional back then. We have recently used them again for another house move and it would have been so stressful without them. They did a brilliant job getting us in within 8 weeks and after delays in exchange due to other solicitors, Ruth went above and beyond to make it happen for us and still complete the agreed date.
