I wanted a parking dispute resolved. Several months, where information given at the point of contact was requested, was
passed to a junior member and he asked me for the same details. I was asked to contact the advice of the conveyancing solicitor. This was part of the original information given. Frettons did the conveyancing and no trace of the file could be found. The outcome was that parking was not as shown on the Land Registry, the whole piece of land marked is regarded as parking land. An expensive journey, stressful and lengthy. Surely that could have been obtained in a correspondence with the Land Registry at the outset? Costly and upsetting. I felt overcharged.

Understood my issue/situation, and worked quickly to address it.
My case was messy and unusual. The contract Frettens had drafted at the outset afforded me accountability and recourse in law.
