Experience with Boys & Maughan Solicitors
Right from the initial contact with Boys & Maughan I knew i had made a good decision in choosing this company. The solicitor assigned to my business (Mrs. Sarah Court) was first class. Outstanding in knowledge, approach, efficiency and professionalism all the way through the process. I found some of the legal procedures quite unwieldly, but Sarah Court steered me through, ensuring my thorough understanding and comfort at all times, some minor hiccups along the way (not of her making) were ironed out, and corrected efficiently. I could not have wished for a better service!!

Writing our wills and lasting power of attorney setup
We wanted to get our wills in place so our sons would be able to inherit our estate without any problems. We also wanted to set them up with power of attorney if we were unable to manage our affairs in the future. The professional who worked with us was very thorough, gave us a complete picture of the options and how to avoid pitfalls, and completed the work in a timely fashion to our complete satisfaction.

Very helpful firm
