With 3 LPA'S they were excellent
I was concerned that with three Three LPAs dealing with my mother's house sale, it would be difficult, especially with one brother in Canada and another causing issues. The solicitors kept everyone updated, which made the sale go through easily.

First Time Buy Move Made Easy
As a First Time Buyer I wasnt sure what to expect in terms of my move.
Jennifer kept me fully informed throughout the process and was always available if I had any questions.
They met my required completion date and made the whole process less daunting.
Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to a solicitor to deal with their house sale/purchase.

Professional and empathetic
Jennifer was efficient and kept me informed throughout the conveyancing process. She took time to speak with me when matters needed clarification. She was always professional and also understood the stresses for the client. Thanks also to Nathan Watson for his role- great communications.

Good experience
Hi , just to share my experience with frettens, living abroad and selling a house back in the uk is not easy but with the help of Jennifer Smith everything went smoothly she's been very helpful from start to finished and couldn't thank her enough.
