My Will
I needed to make a will and was a bit apprehensive before contacting Poole Alcock.
However I should not have worried because Ellie put me at my ease and was very professional.
I really enjoyed meeting her and also trainee solicitor Daisy. They looked after me very well.

Poole Alcock dealt with our wills quickly and efficiently. We were quoted much higher by other solicitors but were impressed with the professionalism, speed and accuracy of Poole Alcock despite the very reasonable fees.

Prompt, professional and complete service
Poole Alcock provided a fast and efficient service for updating wills, arranging LPA's and a change to house tenancy to meet our future needs.

Writing of My Will
I needed to have my previous Will re-written, due to the solicitors who originally wrote and stored it, closing down.
My video meeting with Ellie was very straightforward, with all explanations made very clear, and that the Will would need to be re-written as existing ones could not be transferred. The previous Will was reviewed with Ellie, and we found an opportunity to make a small amendment, thanks to Ellie's explanations on a question I raised.
From the initial meeting to the return of signed documents, I found Ellie and her colleagues at Poole Alcock to be highly professional, very efficient and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!
