Writing of My Will
I needed to have my previous Will re-written, due to the solicitors who originally wrote and stored it, closing down.
My video meeting with Ellie was very straightforward, with all explanations made very clear, and that the Will would need to be re-written as existing ones could not be transferred. The previous Will was reviewed with Ellie, and we found an opportunity to make a small amendment, thanks to Ellie's explanations on a question I raised.
From the initial meeting to the return of signed documents, I found Ellie and her colleagues at Poole Alcock to be highly professional, very efficient and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

Update of Will
I contacted Poole Alcock to update the original will they had produced for me.
They arranged an appointment for a branch near to me and it was all arranged very smoothly and quickly. I met with Ellie who was lovely and easy to discuss matters with.
My will was produced very quickly and all dealt with very efficiently.
