What can I say, Kerry Goulden, lovely, lovely girl, so professional from start to finish, visited my parents during the claim, fully explained everything so we could understand what was happening, kept us up to date all the time. Always responded quickly to any emails/queries we sent. I cannot recommend her highly enough, I would give 10 stars if I could, what a brilliant company to use.
