Caseworker

I am a Caseworker in the Family and Child Care department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors based in the Leicester branch. I work under the direct supervision of Director, Olamide Olayemi. My main role is assisting Solicitors and other Caseworkers with the day-to-day handling of their caseload in a range of matters including divorce, financial disputes, cohabitation and private children’s matters. I assist both publicly funded (legal aid) and privately funded clients. I am very experienced at assisting clients to obtain legal aid funding for their case (where they are eligible) and frequently advise privately-funded clients across both affordable fixed fee and hourly rate packages.
