Excellent service,as always, from Team Hopkins
Liz Knott originally assisted in the purchase of my BTL portfolio of 15 properties and 20 years later Tom Hopkins is helping me sell up upon retirement. I've always had a professional and friendly service from JML so I wouldn't go anywhere else for conveyancing.

Conveyance of House Purchase
Very efficient and painless experience from start to finish and all handled via phone and email which made the process much less stressful and easier to manage around other commitments. Staff were professional and polite and responded in a timely manner. At no point did I feel like the process was overly drawn out or being overly delayed which important with such a stressful process. Communications were precise, friendly and accurate and there was very little need for detailed discussions around aspects which were not clear. Would highly recommend and will intend to use when it comes to time to sell the property.

Purchase of house

Bad communication
Lack of communication with the solicitor- wanted to communicate mainly through email was very difficult to get hold of on the phone. Did manage to get through the completion process in the end but wouldn’t be happy to deal with them again. If I had the time to switch solicitors I would have done

Property conveyancing
I was extremely pleased with the service that I received from John M Lewis, and in particular from Tom Hopkins. I was selling a property and the purchasers solicitors were quite difficult to manage, but Tom was proactive, efficient and kept me well informed throughout the process.
