NED agreement and transition out of executive agreement
Anne Marie did a really good job, this was complex because there were shareholder and SPA agreements to review so nothing conflicted. She stood her ground well, despite pressure from the other side.

Advice relating to Settlement Agreement
I firstly came across Ann-Marie when she was advising a colleague who was exiting the business that I worked for. I found her advice to be timely, fair and pragmatic, and so when I was in a similar position myself some time later I had no hesitation in seeking her advice. First class service
