I JOINED THE MOGERS DREWETT PROBATE AND ESTATE ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT IN 2004 AND COMPLETED THE INSTITUTE OF PARALEGALS QUALIFICATION IN 2013. I’m currently training to become a Chartered Legal Executive. During my time at Mogers Drewett I’ve gained considerable experience administering estates and solving the problems that can sometimes occur along the way. I enjoy helping families in a time of need and appreciate that dealing with the administration of the estate of someone close can be a distressing time for everyone involved. So I try to be there to support my clients as much I can – and find a solution quickly.

Following my mothers death I was overwhelmed with the thought of sorting out her affairs. At my first meeting with Gemma I handed her everything! All paperwork documents etc. Gemma sorted and put up with my random, anxious emails in a supportive way, making an emotional time that much easier.. thank you

The Bath office was recommended to us. The primary staff were Gemma and Emma who are to be commended for their friendly informal and efficient service. Particularly during the pandemic.
