We wanted to transfer ownership of a holiday house to our three children, but only had five weeks to do it if we wished to 'beat the Budget date' of 30th October. Rebecca Swain did a great job for us in bringing the project in within the deadline (with five days to spare). Professional, organised, unflustered.

Excellent Service
I would recommend Rebecca and Alastair very highly. I will certainly be using TS & P in the future and would pass on their details to friends and family without hesitation.

Professional, empathetic, proactive
