We have used Bray and Bray, now Rothera Bray Solicitors LLP, for over 10 years now and more recently on the recent completion of the underlease of our commercial property through Associate Solicitor, Marneya Chauhan who has been extremely pleasant to work with. Our experience of Marneya has very positively reflected on his excellent work, professionalism, commercial understanding and kindness. We had hoped for full support when engaging then Bary & Bray around mid-2023 and can certainly say we got so much more! We would thoroughly recommend using Marneya for commercial property transactions and you will not be disappointed!
We are hoping to continue to use Marneya from Rothera Bray Solicitors for our future commercial property transactions.
