After attending a Mencap 'Planning for the Future' webinar, presented by Philip Warford of Renaissance Legal, we felt confident enough to go ahead and use Renaissance to set up a Disabled Persons Trust for our son. Philip Warford proceeded to guide us through the whole process, putting us at ease through his wealth of knowledge and expertise in this area.
During our virtual meeting with Philip, he explained things clearly and precisely and answered all of our questions. Our emails were responded to promptly and all documents were prepared in a timely manner. Wills and Disabled Persons Trust
We used Renaissance a few years ago to write our wills and set up a disabled person’s trust for our youngest son. They were so helpful then, that when it came to needing to update both documents we went straight back to Renaissance. There are many solicitors more local to us, but they just don’t seem to have the same knowledge and understanding needed for this specialist sort of work where vulnerable people are involved. Philip and his team were so helpful and supportive and answered the numerous questions we had. Both documents are now updated and complete which has given us peace of mind. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Renaissance to friends and family. Thank you.

The Byford Family Settlement
Renaissance were recommended to me by previous solicitor, as she was leaving her old firm, Franklins, and they would no longer no longer able to give the sort of attention, particulary to the Trust, that I had set up for my disabled son.
Renaissance was able to take over all my existing business including Wills, Trusts and POAs, and were diligent in the process.
They have ket me up to date throughout the whole process.

Arranging Will, Disabled Persons Trusts and LPA
This was done from my home for my twins to inherit our property and continue living there. Communication was good and the firm provided a complete legal service including acting as Executor,Trustees and Financial LPA. Advice was clear and knowledgeable regarding disability issues.

Guidance and support
This was something I had put off doing for years, so glad now that I have everything in place with the help and guidance and support given, which I now realised I should of done along time ago, as it was all straight forward and a lot less stressful than I imagined. Impressed from start to finish
We have been very impressed from start to finish. Our situation was well-understood and we were guided to make solid decisions. Without the input from Philip we would have made costly mistakes and not have properly prepared for our daughters future.
