Team Milner was excellent
My house sale took longer than expected and in this time I was passed to several teams. These tended to be slow to respond to queries but finally I was passed to Team Milner who were excellent.

Excellent service
My house sale took a long time, entirely due to delays with the buyer. Throughout, PM Property Lawyers kept me up to date, responded quickly when I needed them and were extremely professional.

Fantastic Choice of Solicitors
When moving house, dealing with solicitors is the one part that everybody dreads. However, PM Property were fantastic. Their communication was excellent throughout the process and were often easy to contact if we had a query or issue. They were a lovely team to have chosen, especially Heather, Annie and Karine. Really pleased overall with how smoothly and quickly our buying and selling journey ended up being!

Excellent service
Used PM Law for our house sale. They were very professional throughout the process, keeping us informed of progress and contacting us when necessary. We visited their site on a couple of occasions to provide documentation and to sign paperwork. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, documentation was fully explained and witnessed where required. Verbal authority was given at the time, by us, to proceed with completion which was carried out on the day agreed and the funds were received within a couple of hours. Overall, really happy with the support received from the team.
