I cannot speak highly enough of Brights; they were so professional, timely, helpful in the sale of our home and purchase of a new home. They faced significant challenges (as did all of us) with our purchase due to the very different approach to service from those connected to the purchase we were making and I'm surprised their bill didn't come in at least double what it did as they appeared to have to do most things twice (or more) to get any response. They were really reasonably priced for the work that they did.

Highly Recommended

Sale and purchase of property
Karen and Alex were extremely helpful and patient ( we’re not very good with technology!!) would definitely recommend them and use them again.

House Sale - Great Service
Just want to pass along my personal thanks for your help in getting our parents' house sold. You all made it very easy and kept us up to date which I really appreciated considering the time difference with the USA.
Karen did an excellent job keeping us up to date and coordinating our questions in a timely manner. Alexandra done a great job keeping the paperwork we needed to signed and up to date. Julie did a great job resolving all the legal matters on the sale of house.

Very professional friendly service
Julie, Karen and Alexandra were brilliant throughout the sale of the property. They could not have been more helpful, friendly and efficient! Always professional with prompt answers to any questions we had and keeping us updated at all times. Bright's team are very accessible when we needed to contact them. Not only were we able to drop off documents face to face in their offices but they are readily available by telephone and email which we found excellent. Definitely would recommend.
