Spectacular result from M.A.J Law! I felt like absolutely everything was against me and nothing was going my way. I'd resided myself to the fact that I was likely to get a driving ban because everything that could go wrong was going wrong for me. I am absolutely over the moon that I no longer have to worry about this. It was one less worry off my plate and James kept me reassured throughout the whole process. Outstanding. Superb.
MAJ Law did a superb job defending my drink driving case. From start to finish, they made me feel as if I was their only client—always available, always listening, and always answering my questions. Unexpectedly brilliant!
This company must have an average age of about 25 and they do not mess around. I cannot believe how such a young company have so much experience dealing with such complex matters. The way they can cross-examine someone twice their age in court is incredible. I was in awe. I was caught drink driving a few months ago with a breath reading which was almost off the scale. It was not good. I am not proud. I was almost certain to have an instant ban with that reading, but the police officer in question could not remember my case in court and what he was saying and what was written down didn't match up, meaning my case could not be proved beyond all reasonable doubt. I got away scot-free with a not guilty verdict with the help of James. Really great work and a fantastic result!

I desperately wanted to be one of these people who could join in moaning about solicitors robbing you blind and then not winning your case - but I just can't. My case was impossible, honestly I'm still speechless as to how they got me the outcome that they did. Everyone told me I was finished and that there was no way I could defend myself, but I thought I had to at least try.
On Thursday 8th August 2024, I was pulled over for drink driving and had a reading at the police station of 96 - shocking I know but it was a very bad choice made at a very bad time. As far as I was aware, everything was done correctly at the police station, but then again I wouldn't know what was correct and what wasn't, you just assume it is. When I rang and spoke to Connor, he asked about the police documents, and I do remember them being filled in and I do remember them giving me the warning so up until that point I didnt really have anything to go off. At this point I thought we were clutching at straws and was reluctant to hand over any money, until we discussed all the breath readings. I only actually had one, and one was printed on the report. I had no idea that this could be a full defence and was actually a fault in the procedure. At that point Connor told me I had a full defence so I handed over the goods and within 6 weeks that was that! FINITO! Case dropped due to a fault in the police procedure!
Cannot thank you all enough! I also wanted to give Rebecca and James a shoutout for all the hard work they put in. Rebecca was my case handler and James was my solicitor. Together they were the dream team! 100000% recommend.

Lifesavers
Thank you so much to James! Without you and the rest of the guys at MAJ I honestly have no idea where i'd be. I had completely lost my way through drink and drugs after getting in with the wrong crowd, and I feel like this firm has saved my life. I've been given another chance to make things right and learned a very important lesson which really scared me. I never want to be in a situation where I am in court again. But thank you so much to James for making me feel so calm and handling everything so professionally. I will recommend this firm to absolutely anyone.

A month ago I was stressed, looking for a solicitor to represent me in court. I came across MAJ on Google maps and I went there straight away. Very kind and friendly staff welcomed me at the reception had no appointment,but straight away a lawyer was willing to hear my case without a booking or even paying a penny . He sat with me for good 30 mins explained everything I wanted to know .Truly speaking it was advice for free I could have walked out and went to represent myself but I couldn't. I went with them and made payment. Within 24 i settled emotionally cause I knew there's MAJ to represent me . Phoebe was assigned to my case and kept me updated all the way, on my court day I was represented by James , lovely and kind, he stood with me and even after everything he sat with me and explained everything and offered me advice going forward. I could he been disqualified but that didn't happen if it wasn't for MAJ I would be taking the bus .I still have my license with points at least it was a win for me . And not forgetting the lawyer who attended me in the office at MAJ I can't remember his name. Thank you all at MAJ can't find the words to express how grateful I am .
