Provided much more than legal advice
I was ashamed, scared, and convinced my life was about to fall apart after I was faced with a potential driving ban from getting caught drink driving. The realisation of what had happened when I was at the police station just made me question what on earth I was doing, and why I had allowed myself to get into that situation. James treated me with kindness and professionalism, never once making me feel like a lost cause and he never judged me for my wrongdoing. He worked extremely my behalf, presenting my case with care and expert knowledge. The result was so much better than I thought I would get, and I really appreciated the extra time and effort which was put in to look after my wellbeing. Thank you so much for caring and being so understanding.

They think it’s all over - and it is!
Excellent representation in court today from Mr. James Fisher. So glad it's all over and done with. I can finally relax in the knowledge that I can get back on the road with no convictions. I have been so stressed for weeks wondering what was going to happen so it'll be nice to have a full nights sleep again! Thank you again to everyone involved in getting this case resolved. I am so pleased with the service I received from everyone at M.A.J Law! Their attention to detail and communication was outstanding and I was never kept in the dark. Although it wasn't cheap by any stretch of the imagination, their costs were clear from the beginning and they notified me well in advance about any additional charges and gave me the option as to whether I wanted to instruct an expert which would strengthen my case. I chose to go with this as I wanted the best defence possible and it all paid off. My case was dropped at the first trial, and I am in the process of getting some of my costs recovered. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to James, Rebecca and Osian for all their help. Could not have done it without them.

Spectacular result from M.A.J Law! I felt like absolutely everything was against me and nothing was going my way. I'd resided myself to the fact that I was likely to get a driving ban because everything that could go wrong was going wrong for me. I am absolutely over the moon that I no longer have to worry about this. It was one less worry off my plate and James kept me reassured throughout the whole process. Outstanding. I will definitely be recommending.
