Sale of Lindum Hotel
Tom delt with the sale of my guesthouse, he was super efficient and was on the ball with every step of the sale, he made it an easy stress free process from start to completion, would not hesitate to recommend Tom to anyone!!

Business sale
Tom Fielding came recommended to me for the sale of my business. It proved to be a very testing sale with my buyers solicitor being extremely difficult to deal with. Every step of the way Tom was so good explaining and guiding me through the process. I would highly recommend him and without doubt use him again if the need arises.

Amazing Service
I have been so impressed with Tom & Julie the service I have received is amazing. When I have needed something they have got straight back to me within an hour on email (sometimes within a couple of minutes) they have made the whole process efficent and easy to understand.

First time buyer review
Myself and my partner went through Blackhurst Budd for buying our first home together. Going into the process from the very start as a complete novice of the property buying world, I was skeptical of how stressful and frustrating buying a house can be. Both Tom and Julie throughout the process have been amazing and we could not of asked for better customer service. I can honestly say that the early skepticism of the home buying stress was eased with the outstanding communication of the team. As a customer, I wanted to be kept in the loop on a regular basis of the many different stages of the process to which Tom and Julie accounted for. Whenever I had a query on a matter, Tom was very quick to answer sufficiently and again made the whole process smooth and stress free.
For any other first time buyers, I would highly recommend Tom as your solicitor and Blackhurst Budd for their great communication, friendly staff and efficient service.

Really friendly staff on arrival and over the phone. I've met two of the legal team and both were friendly, knowledgeable, not stuffy or scary Solicitors. I would come back to Blackhurst Budd anytime for future legal help.

Excellent Service
Tom Fielding handled the purchase of our property. He was drafted in towards the end of the transaction and very quickly grasped the situation. We would highly recommend Tom for his professionalism, efficiency and clear communications. Highly recommend!
I couldn't recommend Tom highly enough, through what has been a complicated and challenging auction purchase at times, Tom went above and beyond to ensure we got to completion. Everybody in the firm is extremely helpful and professional and there was always someone willing to take my enquiry whenever I called, I have been so impressed and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use their services again. Buying property
Absolute pleasure dealing and talking with Tom always super helpful and kept us up to date with everything.
would recommend him to anyone being first time buyers was hard but Tom and also Julie west kept us in the loop with everything and made sure it all went through smoothly very very satisfied amazing company and very professional staff
