House sale and purchase
We found Laura to be knowledgeable, professional and efficient.
We had more dealings with Shelley, who is amazing. She walked us through the processes and kept us updated throughout.
We were so impressed with Shelley that we are engaging another solicitor from Frettons for a shop lease transfer.

Buying and selling properties
What a brilliant service carried out by Laura and Shelly and the team .which was a little stressful at times for what should have been a simple procedure in my opinion,a vacant property at one end and a cash buyer at the other end and us in the middle , but due to our sellers solicitor costing us all 3 weeks of nothing being done for some reason ! cost us and our buyer £10,000 each due to the budget and our seller was extremely ill at the time which I’m sure didn’t help him very much ! .But Laura kept us informed and we got there in the end .

Property Sale
I cannot recommend Laura Mabin and Shelley Dancer highly enough for how they have dealt with my transaction. All calls and emails were dealt with promptly and efficiently and communication with all parties was done effectively. Any questions I had, were answered clearly and in a way that was easy for me to understand. Laura was always professional and her knowledge of her field was evident. They were always friendly and approachable and a pleasure to deal with.

Highly recommended

Property Sale
I had quite a traumatic property sale, but Shelley was fantastic, with fast responses & was always there to answer my calls which was such a help. When Shelley was away, Laura stepped in to help me in the same manner, which again was such a help.
