Instructed Brights for our house purchase recently and they were fantastic. Annabelle and Jayda were particularly amazing, providing us with daily updates, clear advice and support. They worked incredibly quickly, meeting a really, really fast turnaround for our sellers. They accommodated our requests at every stage as well as providing sound advice and information. They were lovely to speak to, kind and friendly whilst being utterly professional. Their communication was amazing and that for me was the most important thing. We always received swift responses to our questions. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any legal needs again. Really fantastic service.

The challenges of Conveyance
I recently undertook the transfer of title on a property with Bright's Solicitors represented by Annabelle o Higgins and Jayda Brailey. They were a pleasure to deal with and always showed me an unerring commitment to fulfil their legal role to the absolute best of their ability. I had total confidence that I was being represented very professionally and that no stone was left unturned to make sure that the transfer succeeded and all matters had been given due consideration. Their role is a difficult one as they can only complete their part of the process when others party's solicitors or other vested parties act efficiently and correctly.

They fought for our house purchase.
We went to purchase a property with multiple land registries, a sellers solicitor who was either incredibly malicious or had forgotten where his work was and a complex mortgage. After 9 months of fighting Annabelle and team where able to complete - going above and beyond to get us to the finish line. Would recommend to anyone.
Annabelle is epic - honestly made me feel very safe & she took the time to explain in detail aspects I didn't understand - which in our complex case helped massively both ways as it let me point out concerning details and explain issues. I honestly can say she's been incredibly reassuring, efficient and diligent. Annabelle knew what she was doing throughout our particular complex case and helped us massively.

Conscientious and caring management of sale/purchase

Another outstanding example of service by Brights.
We have just completed today after an interesting and slightly bumpy sale of our much loved family home. The process was bumpy due to the buyers and the only thing that made it painless was their service we both received from Annabelle O’Higgins and Connor Barclay.
The pair of them were utterly outstanding from the ‘get go’. Communication was regular, clear and all areas were explained perfectly. Their continued effort and shear determination to provide an excellent service was obvious throughout.
We both felt like we had someone ‘watching our backs’ throughout the whole process and for these we are utterly grateful.
