Excellent service from a compassionate and understanding solicitor
Rachael was amazing dealing with my dad's estate after his unexpected death. Not only was she compassionate and understanding but I felt she went above and beyond to help me sort the inheritance tax as well as dealing with pension and other service providers.

I am happy
I contacted you by phone and spoke to Rachael. Because of my lack of sight and mobility, Rachael visited me twice, giving me full explanation about power of attorney. The price she quoted initially did not alter. I am happy that Hay & Kilner is looking after my affairs after my death.
