Very professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble, for instance when I asked to visit the office to sign documents instead of signing them online. Seems like a small issue but it’s nice to deal with a person. Many thanks.

Speedy and Efficient
Although the complete process took around two years to finish due to probate and land registry issues, Lanyon Bowdler were helpful, patient and professional in all my dealing with them. They offered advice when required and responded quickly to any queries I had. I would definitely use them again for any legal work.

Probate & Selling Property
Julie handled our late Dad’s affairs with kindness and with respect. She had the human touch with what was a very difficult time for us as a family. She and Nicola kept in touch and offered advice even when the probate part had been completed. Thank you.
Nicola was also very polite and was a pleasure to deal with.

Outstanding service
Emma and her colleague Nicola were instrumental in assisting with a very tedious and long-drawn-out property sale, the delay being caused by the astonishing incompetence of the buyer's own solicitors. After almost six months' dithering by the other people, Emma and Nicola achieved the desired result. What wonderful service from these two stars!
