First class service
I needed a new lease to be prepared for my commercial property and it was urgent owing to a licence that also had to be transferred. I contacted MFG on a Monday morning and gave instructions. I was given a maximum price for the preparation of the document. The draft lease was emailed to me the following afternoon! It was agreed and I attended the offices where the document was signed and witnessed. I received the invoice for the work on Friday and it was nearly 50% cheaper than the price I was given. I will definitely use the services of MFG again

Thorough and efficient service
As always, Rachel and the team at mfg completed our requirements with speed and efficiency.
Rachel was informative and quick to answer any queries we had.
We've worked with mfg for assistance in a number of legal tasks over the years; home purchases, sales and also letting contracts, we wouldn't go anywhere else for our legal needs.
