Lee was great at keeping us up to date with what was happening with our house purchase especially in the later half of the process, unfortunately the sellers solicitors were not as efficient but Lee kept chasing for us to eventually get the responses and complete our sale. Excellent Professional Service
I have used Fairstep for many years as they offer excellent service for a sensible budget which a very professional team who ensure everything is done right. Due to personal experiences I have used them for 3 house move/sales and have never been let down. They followed instructions and ensured I was kept in contact at all times. Conveyancing works
Fairstep were very easy to deal with, very proactive, and helpful. Lee Wyatt who dealt with my house sale helped guide me through the process which wasn’t always easy due to lease issues, but Lee calmly and quickly dealt with these on my behalf. I would definitely use Fairstep again. Highly recommended. Their fees are also very reasonable.
