The service I have received from Stephen and his team has been exemplary throughout what was in the end a long process. The communications were always timely and kept me up to speed with progress and issues. Although mistakes were made by other solicitors in the chain Stephen and his team especially Pamela always acted professionally and expertly steered the process to a successful conclusion.

Housing and Property - Purchase and Sale
We recently required the services of Barcan + Kirby solicitors in Clifton, Bristol, both for a house sale and purchase. They were exceptional at all stages of the process, friendly, professional, efficient and we would highly recommend.
Our house purchase happened at a potentially stressful time, immediately before moving and buying restrictions were put in place in March 2020. However, we proceeded to purchase our property with purpose and ease, thanks to skilled negotiating and thorough communication throughout from Barcan + Kirby. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and are thrilled with the purchase.
