We've recently completed both a sale and purchase with Tracy's team and have been very well looked after. Communication was excellent, all emails replied to within a couple of hours, and always told what was happening. We placed our instructions on 18 April and completed both transactions on 10 July, the speed was very impressive! Their information gathering process and app are efficient, you can easily upload documents and see what else needs to be done. Makes a big difference from ten years ago when huge piles of paperwork had to go through the post.

The only issue I had was with a few glaring mistakes on auto-populated forms and letters. I understand why these are used, and I use them myself, but proof-reading is essential! All the mistakes were handled and corrected straight away and I'd still recommend Oliver and Co, just be sure to double check everything before signing!
