I had an issue and contacted this company. During the call I was advised a member of staff would 'get back to me' on the next working day. I thought 'here we go' with the fob off line you often get. Today (Monday) I did receive a call and I must say the young lady dealing with the call was helpful and offered positive advice. My dealings with this business, although short, clearly demonstrated a positive and good business ethic. Thank You.
