Which can be tricky to manage, especially in divorce cases. Good advice was given and all options were discussed. Frequent check ins as the case progressed, and if I ever wished to rediscuss the situation, it was not seen as being too much trouble. I wanted to find a solicitor that was sympathetic to our requirements. My wife and I separated, amicably, 2 ½ years previously. My wife carried out some research and most of the solicitors were almost seeking the worst-case scenario without considering our requirements. I then saw that Wake Smith Solicitors were offering a free half hour Zoom meeting which I considered would be sufficient time to allow me to consider whether they would be the right choice.
