Advice that was put across easily
Charlie was very personable and helpful. I had several questions and he answered them in a manner that was easily understood.

Consumer rights information
Charlie was very understanding of our need for information and gave sound and what seemed like knowledgeable guidance.
He talked through our problem with us but the road forward still seems very complicated and daunting when your on your own.

Eviction advice consultation
We needed to know where we stood regarding a dispute & resolution. Friendly & efficient, told us what we needed to know , advised us of our position regarding our legal stance as this was a tricky case. Recommended to all, experienced staff.

Deeply Impressed
I found Charlie to be perfectly likeable and sharp as a button as the English people say. Astute and pleasant, what more could anyone want in a solicitor?
Long story short: Charlie is a valuable asset in Pepperells portfolio, on Pepperells balance sheet and he would represent exactly the same value in any firm of solicitors. Finally, please note that I am not easily impressed.

Understanding and professional
Charlie was very patient and understanding. He let me speak and listened intently to everything i said. He answered all my questions thoroughly and explained everything to me very clearly. He outlined the process in detail and was very honest with me and told me clearly where i stood. He was very prepared which save a lot of time and saved me having to repeat myself.

Separation advice

Excellent
Charlie Mercer has been my main contact. He has helped in
clarifying certain points and has provided much needed feedback about an ongoing legal matter. I would recommend Pepperells to anyone seeking a friendly efficient response to pressing legal questions.
I chose Pepperells after some research because they received outstanding feedback from happy customers. Communication was 50% by telephone and 50% by email.

Very friendly and professional service
Upon meeting Becky and her para legal ‘Charlie’. I felt at home and comfortable to talk about my situation and on another occasion Charlotte too.
Becky and Charlotte are very friendly but also came across as caring too, this to me is everything and I would not hesitate in recommending Becky or Charlotte and Pepperells to anybody who required legal representation or advice. Thank you very much
