Wall dispute with neighbour
Sharon Macaulay was assigned through ARAG to my case in 2020 concerning my neighbours assumption that some of my land was theirs. The resolution was made in 2022 but the difficult neighbours demanded conditions to which we acceded for an easy life.
Sharon worked hard at this and coping with poor decisions by HMLR we succeeded in winning the arguments.
She offered a good price because of many difficulties outside her control.
My wife and I are most grateful for her diligence. We never met face-to-face but perhaps we should have, in hindsight. Actuall Seeing the issues of broken wall etc. may have expedited things a bit.

Amazing, first class and professional service.

My personal review of Taylor rose Solicitors.
I first met Sharon Macaulay approximately a year and a half ago. She greeted me with warmth and professionalism through out the entire time that Sharon was dealing with my case. Everything was explained in great detail. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Would I recommend Sharon and the firm to others , yes I would gladly recommend them to anyone who requires an expert solicitor.
